Firearms Products for Sale & Checkout Agreement

This Firearms Products for Sale & Checkout Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all purchases, attempted purchases, orders, transfers, and transactions involving firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, accessories, and related products sold by Summit Firearms LLC (“Summit Firearms,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By checking the agreement box during checkout, placing an order, or purchasing products from Summit Firearms LLC, you acknowledge, represent, warrant, and agree to all terms contained in this Agreement.

1. Legal Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with Summit Firearms LLC, you affirm and certify that:

• You are legally eligible to purchase, own, possess, and receive firearms and related products under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• You are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms or ammunition.

• You have not been convicted of a felony or any disqualifying offense.

• You are not subject to any restraining order, domestic violence prohibition, or legal restriction preventing firearm possession.

• You are not purchasing products on behalf of another person prohibited from possessing firearms.

• All information provided during checkout is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Providing false or misleading information may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, reporting to law enforcement, and potential criminal prosecution.

2. Age Requirements

By completing a purchase, you certify that you meet all applicable minimum age requirements, including but not limited to:

• At least 18 years of age for rifles and shotguns where legally permitted

• At least 21 years of age for handguns, handgun receivers, frames, ammunition purchases where applicable, and other regulated products

Summit Firearms LLC reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

3. Firearms Ship to Licensed FFL Dealers Only

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (“FFL”) holder.

Customers understand and agree that:

• Firearms cannot be shipped directly to residential addresses except where expressly permitted by law.

• The customer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL dealer.

• The selected FFL dealer must comply with all applicable laws and agree to accept the transfer.

• Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Summit Firearms LLC reserves the right to verify the validity of any FFL prior to shipment.

4. Background Checks & Transfer Approval

Customers acknowledge and agree that all firearm transfers are subject to:

• Federal background check requirements

• State and local firearm laws

• Waiting periods where applicable

• Approval by the receiving FFL dealer

• Verification of legal eligibility

Summit Firearms LLC does not guarantee transfer approval.

If a transfer is denied, delayed, refused, or canceled for any reason, the customer may be subject to:

• Restocking fees

• Return shipping fees

• Administrative processing fees

• Non-refundable original shipping costs

5. State & Local Law Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws before placing an order.

Certain products may be prohibited or restricted in specific jurisdictions including but not limited to:

• High-capacity magazines

• Certain semi-automatic firearms

• Ammunition types

• Firearm components

• Restricted accessories

Summit Firearms LLC reserves the right to cancel any order believed to violate applicable laws or restrictions.

6. Ammunition Purchases

Customers purchasing ammunition certify that:

• They meet all applicable age requirements

• Ammunition possession is legal in their jurisdiction

• They are legally permitted to purchase ammunition

Certain ammunition sales may require additional verification, age confirmation, or adult signature upon delivery.

All ammunition sales are generally final.

7. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued without notice.

Summit Firearms LLC reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

• Refuse orders

• Limit quantities

• Cancel transactions

• Modify product listings

Orders are not considered final until payment is processed and shipment confirmation is issued.

8. Fraud Prevention & Verification

Summit Firearms LLC reserves the right to conduct fraud prevention reviews and verification procedures, including but not limited to:

• Billing address verification

• Identity verification

• Age verification

• Payment verification

• Order history review

• Compliance screening

Orders suspected of fraud, unlawful conduct, or policy violations may be canceled without notice.

9. Order Cancellation & Refused Transfers

If a customer:

• Fails a background check

• Refuses transfer

• Fails to complete required paperwork

• Provides inaccurate information

• Violates applicable laws

• Refuses shipment

• Fails to coordinate with the receiving FFL dealer

Summit Firearms LLC may cancel the order and deduct applicable:

• Restocking fees

• Shipping costs

• Administrative fees

• Payment processing fees

10. Inspection Prior to Transfer

Customers are responsible for inspecting firearms at the receiving FFL dealer prior to completing the transfer process.

Once the firearm transfer has been completed, the firearm is considered accepted by the purchaser and the sale becomes final except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Firearms LLC shall not be liable for:

• Transfer denials

• Background check delays

• Regulatory restrictions

• Shipping delays

• Product misuse

• Unauthorized modifications

• Customer violations of law

• Incidental or consequential damages

Customer assumes all responsibility for lawful ownership, storage, handling, and use of purchased products.

12. Firearm Safety Responsibility

Customers acknowledge that firearms are inherently dangerous products and agree to:

• Handle all firearms safely

• Store firearms securely

• Prevent unauthorized access

• Follow all manufacturer instructions

• Obtain appropriate firearm training where necessary

Summit Firearms LLC is not responsible for negligent or unlawful use of products purchased through our website.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Summit Firearms LLC first to resolve any issue before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent refusal of service

• Collection activity

• Legal action

• Reporting to fraud prevention databases

14. Agreement to Policies

By placing an order, customers acknowledge they have read and agreed to:

• Privacy Policy

• Terms and Conditions

• Refund Policy

• Shipping Policy

• All applicable checkout agreements and compliance notices

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within Indiana.

16. Modifications to This Agreement

Summit Firearms LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of any revised Agreement.
