All firearms purchased from Summit Firearms LLC must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (“FFL”) holder in accordance with federal law.
We do not ship firearms directly to individual customers.
Customers are responsible for:
Selecting a local FFL dealer willing to receive the firearm transfer
Providing accurate FFL dealer information
Ensuring the FFL dealer submits a valid license copy if requested
Paying any transfer or background check fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer
The firearm transfer will only occur after completion of all required federal, state, and local background checks and legal requirements at the receiving FFL dealer location.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring:
The purchased item is legal in their state and local jurisdiction
They meet all age and legal eligibility requirements
Their selected FFL dealer will accept the transfer
Their shipping and billing information is accurate
