The FireTeam556 is a professional-grade 5.56 suppressor built through a collaboration between Exigent Defense and B&T USA, the American branch of world’s largest suppressor manufacturer. Constructed with Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), it features a one-piece Inconel 718 body with no welds and no failure points. The same acoustic performance that defines the Vanish556 is packaged here in a more compact, short-barrel-optimized design that is full-auto rated and built to handle sustained duty cycles without compromise.

The FireTeam556 stands out for a few reasons that matter in the real world. First, DMLS manufacturing produces internal geometries that simply cannot be machined by conventional methods, and the result is a suppressor with no seams, no brazed baffles, and no weak points waiting to fail under heat. Second, Inconel 718 is a superalloy used in jet engines and high-temperature industrial applications, and it handles thermal cycling and erosion better than titanium or stainless in sustained-fire scenarios. Third, the integrated five-port counter-rotation flash hider is built into the suppressor itself, not bolted on, which means you get flash suppression and gas redirection without adding length or parts count.
